TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Manners:
We expect all our clients to behave in a respectful and courteous manner while in our music studio. We reserve the right to terminate the session if a client is being disruptive or disrespectful to our staff or other clients. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies.

Keeping the Space Tidy:
We ask that all clients keep the studio space tidy and clean after use. This includes putting away equipment, returning chairs and stands to their original location, and disposing of any trash or food items in the designated areas. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the studio equipment during their session and will be charged for any repairs or replacements needed.

The Right to Refuse Work:
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client or project that does not align with our values or that we feel is not within the scope of our expertise. We will notify you in writing if we decide to refuse or terminate a project and will provide an explanation for our decision.

Confirmations:
Clients will receive a confirmation email upon booking a session or service. Please review the details carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors or discrepancies. We are not responsible for missed or incorrect bookings.

Special Offers:
From time to time, we may offer special promotions or discounts for our services. These offers are subject to change at any time and may be limited in availability. Clients must book and pay for services during the promotional period to receive the discount.

Refund Policy:
We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be refunded. In the event that we have to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the session at the client's convenience.

Damage and Loss:
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to our equipment, instruments, or property during their session .Clients will be charged for any repairs or replacements needed. If any equipment or property is lost or stolen, clients will be responsible for the replacement cost.

Payment Terms:
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Failure to pay for services may result in the cancellation of the session. We reserve the right to charge a late fee of 10% for payments made more than 7 days after the session.

COVID-19 Testing:
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we require all clients to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result before entering the studio. Masks are also required at all times while in the studio. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the cancellation of the session without refund.
